Kampos Rooms

Our room was clean and comfortable and furnished with nice touches. We had everything we needed to make a simple breakfast and light lunch. Our room on the ground floor, allowed us to sit and enjoy the garden. Maria is welcoming and kind, and looks after the property well. Location is good, across the way from the beach and a short walk into the centre of the town. A path at the side of accommodation, leads into the main town and away from walking by the road. Paleochora has its own charm and a good place to take the ferry to Sougia, Loutro and Gavdos. We would have no hesitation returning to the Kampos Rooms.

I absolutely loved my stay here. It has a beautiful garden and is very close to the beach. Maria, the owner, is so nice and really helpful. I can highly recommend it and would definitely dtay here again.Paleochora is a really nice town, easy to reach Elafonisi or Samaria gorge while still not too touristic.

Location was perfect. Cross the road for beach 2 mins. Walk to food or supermarket easily. And anywhere in town. Nice garden area between house and road. Off road parking. Maria is very nice and helpful. And loves the cats 🐈 that live in the garden. Comfy bed. Good bathroom and shower. The Kitchen is very basic. But nice. No hob or pans, which is a shame. There is Just an oven. So not easy to cook. Lots of restaurants to visit. The bakery is 3 min walk away too. Great mountain views from garden.

We loved everything about our stay at Kampos Rooms. The property has a beautiful garden with different plants and trees. Our room was furnished with everything we needed and was also very clean. Maria is an amazing host and we felt very welcomed. Also there are some very cute and friendly cats who chill on the property from time to time, which we really loved. The property is located by the towns main beach, with everything you need around the corner (great bakery, supermarkets etc). The centre can be reached on a nice walk by the beach in 10 minutes. Absolute recommendation!

Perfect rooms-clean and very comfortable, , accommodating host, lovely little garden area and off street parking, terrific location.

An excellent location at the quieter end of town. Easy to get to the beach and two supermarkets in easy walking distance. Very clean, and excellent air con. Comfortable beds. The owner was friendly and made some small gifts of food, which was a lovely touch. A nice garden outside to sit in and ample private parking.

It felt a little under-equipped. There was a bread board, for example, but no bread knife. For two people there were two mugs, two glasses, two knives, two forks, two spoons. I know that's all you need, theoretically and in practice, but it would have been nice to have a few more of each so we didn't have to wash them immediately after each use.

it is a lovely property set in a stunning garden and olive grove. it is opposite the beach and close to the shops and the owner is charming and could not do enough for us. A lovely lady.

The barroom was a little cramped for us.
