Perfekte Lage. Ordentliche Ausstattung. Einfache Schlüsselübergabe und Rückgabe. Gut schalldämmende Doppelglasfenster. Nur eine weitere Wohnung im Haus. Gute Platzausnutzung. 2 Schlafzimmer, auch wenn eins nur sehr klein ist und ein einzelbett hat. Bequeme Couch. Guter Wifi set up. Neuer smart TV mit guter Soundbar.Ordentlich ausgestattete Küche, Waschmaschine und Trockner vorhanden.

Hellhöriges Haus. Grundriss ist gesammt sehr eng. Neben der bequemen Couch wäre ein weiter bequemer Sessel oder Stuhl toll.
