Amazing owner with good English speaking Amazing place with good location

A small, windowless, and somewhat gloomy room with minimal amenities, but in an excellent location and well-maintained. The owner is very accommodating and makes a genuine effort to address any issues.

Location was fantastically good

After checking out from the room there was no washroom facility or sitting facility So do consider that

It was fantastic location with all amenities in the room and most important very clean room with WC, close to Freedom square, Bridge of peace, Liberty metro and Barthashvili street. Owner is very helpful i didn't meet but only via messages. It's a Homestay not a hostel or hotel but very nice.

After check out u can't use washroom due to homestay no common washroom like a in hotel or hostel. And u can keep your luggage on your risk after check out.

Value for money Accessible Location

The flat is very well located. The host is nice. Everything is clean.

There are problems with drainage in the shower, that is the bathroom is not very comfortable. The couch in the living room is not comfortable to sleep on. There was no overhead light, floor lamps, or table lamps. For me personally the right light makes a big difference.
