As pessoas são legais e simples. Mas não é apropriado para locação.

Muito longe da praia, o bairro é péssimo. Não tem mercado e nem restaurante por perto. Não tem ventilação adequada (o único ventilador que tem não funciona bem). Enfim, quase tudo muito horrível, jamais voltaria
