location of this hotel is in middle way from Panchgani and Mahabaleshwar, hotel is very clean, rooms are comfy and staff is polite and friendly.

Rooms are good and clean. Clean towel, etc. were given. Food is very nice. Got hot water in the morning. Location is quite good and there is no problem in reaching the place by car. Nice view from our balcony and window. There are strawberry farms by the side of the hotel. There is a good parking place and parking is free. Free wifi is present which has a decent speed.

That hot water comes only at certain times in the morning..not in the evenings

It was raining heavily on the day we arrived, power cuts and entire locality was running on backup power. So nothing could anyone do. Upon our request Mr.Manoj has arranged hot water buckets as solar was not working in our room.

Water was leaking through our window, and do not close properly. I would suggest to prefer having regular water heaters over solar as this left us to checkout without taking proper bath. Bathroom water was ice cold, so it was not worth the money we paid. Breakfast was par below average, but the tea was good.

The staff was super awesome. The cleanliness and support for food at any given time of the day or night...thank you

Parking space, hot water timings.. but not much to worry about.
