"Almost good...too bad the water heating was not working"

It was a clean rental, spacious, the kitchen, small as it is, is well equiped and the bed sturdy and comfortable.

The lack of water heating. In order to take a warm shower we had to go to some friends. The owner did not offer much help, he simply acknowledged the fact that the water heating was indeed broken and that was it. No offer to help, no alternative. Aside from this problem, ,the rental is not bad, but as it stands I can't really rent it any higher than a 4.
