Elisa was an amazing host and the surroundings were impeccable.

Due to the very high demand caused by the heat wave, the AC stopped working after the first day The owner did everything she could to get it fixed ASAP, but technicians were in short supply given the period and peak demand It was fixed after the second day of malfunction, but still she gave us a small discount to compensate for the discomfort, and we really appreciated the gesture

Why not heat the hot tub? This is minor but there could be better explanation of how to work the washing machine.

Pool

The property is located in a very nice area, surrounded by vineyards and cute little villages.

The host was unfriendly. We booked this agriturismo to relax the last few days of our holiday at a swimming pool. Unfortunately, we were not able to use the swimming pool because it was manifested with wasps in and around the little jacuzzi and the pool. We first asked the host if it was normal, she replied that she had not seen this much ever before. Some time later we told her it was very uncomfortable, we were scared to get into the pool and when pressing the button of the jacuzzi, more than 150 wasps were ‘disturbed’ and started circling around. She did not want to do anything about it because “she was happy that there are insects here, because it’s good for nature”. Although we are not denying that fact, the actual problem here is that we cannot use the swimming pool anymore, while we paid a lot of money specifically for this facility. After complaining to booking.com she decided to take action. The next day was a little better but it seemed like the host did not want to talk to us anymore, a little bit awkward. That night, coincidentally, the airconditioning in our room stopped working. There was a little note at the reception that we could take a fan. This fan was nowhere to be found. Too bad. The day we left she seemed to have changed her mind and offered us all sorts of breakfast for free.
