Everything

The lady at the reception was so rude and even when i told her that her manner of approach shouldnt be like that to guests. She shouted at me. Guestshouses loose clients because of such people. We need friendly people at the reception. We shouldnt be afraid to ask any questions just because the receptionist has a temper. When we come to work, we leave our problems at home
