Piękna okolica, dookoła lasy, do siedliska prowadzi szutrowa droga którą praktycznie nikt nie jeździł. Podwórko duże, ogrodzone, piesek mógł się wybiegać. W ogrodzie wydzielone miejsce na ognisko. Sam dom duży i dobrze wyposażony. Niczego nam nie brakowało. Z zasięgiem bywało różnie, w domu jako tako, poza nim całkowity brak. Miejsce oceniam jako doskonałe i polecam każdemu kto ceni sobie ciszę i spokój.
