Tolles Aussengelände mit Dachterrasse und nächtlichen Blick in den Sternenhimmel, alles sauber, gute Matratzen, bestens ausgestattete Küche, gute Bäder, mehrere Sitzplätze mit Essmöglichkeiten etc. Nette Betreuung der Eigentümerin/Verwaltung, immer gut zu erreichen!

Nice location, generally nice house.

The water had an extremely foul smell. The hosts insisted that this was due to heavy rainfall and was no issue, but of course they did not test the water or anything. Despite their initial assurances that nothing at all was wrong, the hosts did then put some hydrogen peroxide in the water tank. Only after a few days the stench started to clear. We never dared shower our kids in this water. Moreover, the final morning the water was gone completely due to a storm in the night. So we were unable to wash before moving on. Overall very disappointing. We asked for compensation, which was declined. The hosts now claim that we left the property in disarray, which is untrue -- we wanted to clean up the morning of departure, which was impossible due to lack of water (which we proactively told our hosts). We also unfortunately did forget to pay the city tax in the hustle and bustle of the final morning with the hosts in and out of the property due to the power cut (the hosts failed to remind us as well). One other suggestion for improvement: It would be quite useful to have a binder with some information. Currently there is one, but with only a few phone numbers in it. For instance, we never managed to find the bins to dispose of household rubbish based on the oral explanation given to us at check-in. A small map would be useful. Prospective guests should be aware that this is a nice property in principle, but if anything goes wrong things can quickly derail, and no compensation will be given for any potential issues that might be encountered.

Location, cleanliness, host, big rooms, and comfy big beds. I really recommend this house (especially if you are travelling with kids and dogs)

Casa Beja es una muy buena opción para alojarse en Formentera. Lugar con encanto.

Lovely place in a lovely island

The pictures are good, but the property is even better! This is a fabulous house on a quiet plot that is a quick walk to the main town (about 15 leisurely minutes). Wonderful if you’re looking for a place to relax and unwind. The house is large and is fully stocked. The outdoor area is just fabulous; lots of places to sit and relax, and would be great for kids (swing, toys, space to run around). We met Graciela and her daughter (the owner/hosts) and they were super accommodating. Graciela was very willing to help us get around the island (she picked us up a couple of times and drove us where we needed to go). She gave us recommendations for dining and excursions and was just very, very friendly. This is the kind of property where you simply show up with your suitcase and everything else is there waiting for you!

I really can’t say anything here. We enjoyed everything.
