Terraza de Santa Cruz

Everything was well organized, the house was really clean and the terrace was really nice. The house has everything that you need, a dishwasher with tablets and a washing machine. Also in de kitchen we had all the supplies what we need. It has towels, clean douches every room had an seperate shower. The host was nice and gave us clear instructions on how to enter te building en how to leave again. I would definitely recommend staying here.

It’s not about the property but good to know: if you’re coming with the car. The parking spaces is dramatic so you need a little bit of luck there.

Excellent place to stay and enjoy, comfortable, clean and beatiful. We enjoyed so much this place.

Nothing wrong

The property was very clean, great value, excellent room distribution, location was centric, the "Terraza" great place for an evening night cap with a great Ribera del Duero wine. Despite being in a busy street, it was quiet enough in the evenings. We really enjoyed the place. Host was easy to communicate with, very helpful and they responded to our queries soon enough. Nearby there are a few restaurants (we did not try any). But it is great that across the street you have a nice supermarket for anything your little heart desires. The entrance to it can be easily overlooked but the best reference, is that it is located right next to great place to buy fresh bread If I recall the name correctly of the bread store is either "Horno de Pan" or "Pan de Horno" Transportation other than having a car is easy. Taxis go by with certain frequency and just around the corner you can take the Tram (Tren Ligero) to the center of the city and other places once you know your way around.

My comfort evaluation was not excellent due to the lack of Air Conditioning. I cannot imagine spending time in this place in summer (June/July/August) without A/C. There were ceiling fans that helped because we were lucky that the weather and the outside temperature helped have an Ok the temperature inside the apartment; however, when there was no wind, things could get a little uncomfortable. A few nights it was a little hot for our comfort. Parking is another big issue. It is difficult (not impossible) to find a parking spot on the street near by. You have to go around many times before you find one spot, specially during evening times were everyone else is returning home. Since, the location is centric and accessible, Taxis are easy to find. These two issues resulted in an overall evaluation of 9 and not a 10. Other than these two issues, the place is really excellent!!! Another issue which did not play on the evaluation of the place. The stove is very sensitive to the sun. The kitchen is facing east, when the sun hits the stove, it thinks is it hot (it really gets hot with the sun rays) then it shuts down. We had to improvise by hanging a towel on the window to provide shade to the stove and be able to cook breakfast. You literally have to cook breakfast wearing sun block, a hat, etc...(Is like sun bathing, so depending how you look at it, it could be great!) I strongly suggest this be looked at by either a simple shade or using tinted paper

It is a beautiful totally new apartment at the last floor with a big terrasse where one can admire the views on the mountains and the sea. Esther was very reactive and friendly and solved little problems immediately. The kitchen is well equipped, the beds are comfortable, there are big cupboards in every bedroom. The apartment is well connected with the city centre - tram and buses. highly recommendable
