"Cheap and low quality apartment"

Cheap price. Good location.

Lack of Maintanence. Cleaning to be done. Damp wall and water leaking to be repaired. Cupboard to be cleaned.

"Avoid at all cost"

This residential location is off the main busy road and for the most pretty quiet except the inevitable construction work that always seems to be going wherever you stay in any Indian city.

A damp and mouldy basement barely fit for human habitation. Almost every fixture and fitting broken or in a state of disrepair. An utterly depressing experience and would not stay there again even if it were free.

"I chose this place because I need nearby location from Airport for haste free"

Property only need renovation. Other everything is very nice, no problem at all. Best for all those people who want to save money during travel. Taking flight from nearby Airport.

"Helpful host, but condition of property is very poor"

Location at walking distance (~30 m) near the airport. Helpful host.

Bad smell all across the property, and especially in the toilet. Moisture in the air. Durty, no cleaning after previous guests. It is the cheapest property available in the airport area, but I would not stay here once again.

"Rooms are good, owners are even better."

The owners are seriously awesome. It doesn't feel like home sickness.

Climate of State is very bad, but rooms are quite good and privacy is maintained.
