The cleanliness along with the place was very good.

The value for money. For shelling out Rs 2500/- for a night you are not even getting a complementary breakfast. Moreover there was no option to eat nearby and communication was a problem. The AC wasn't working to it's full potential.

Room, location, hosts, cleanliness.

Not eateries nearby. They are building a restaurant next doors, but that's 2-3 months away. No breakfast, no kettle or tea bags provided although the host gave it to me after a lot of insistence.

It was our honeymoon trip , Privacy ,Quite place ,staff are very friendly, fast wifi ,Neat & clean ,no distrubance, Actually we had check in at 10:30 smooth check in,

They provide only one ltr water bottle for 6 days stay

There was nothing to really like

The main building is on four floors, two of which were being completely renovated, including removing walls and marble flooring removed. The work began at 8am and ended at 10pm and the grinding and drilling never stopped. The room consisted of a bed, a wardrobe and a shelf, nothing else. The door to the room was left open and like the stairs to the floor levels, had a fine dust everywhere from the renovation work. The property description suggested a kitchenette, that is only in the apartments next door. There was no refrigerator available. The room decor was very tired and there was black mould around the top of the wall and ceiling edge. There is no restaurant on site. We stayed 3 nights of our intended 8 and booked out We did receive a refund of about 4 nights as they insisted on us paying for the booking.com commission and the local tourist tax for the whole 8 days.
