"My stay in this hotel was a nightmare. Communication with the staff did not lead to results."

The hotel is very bad and does not even deserve three stars. This hotel does not worth the price I paid. Management is bad and services are very bad. The hotel staff are not from the tourism sector and their appearance is very bad. The breakfast was very poor and very bad. The hotel advertisement is deceptive and unrealistic.
