- Although yard is very nice it is almost impossible to enjoy in it, especially during the most beautiful period of the day (early morning and sunset), because of enormous amount of mosquitos. - Facility is quite old and not well maintained. Although all appliences you need are available, they are quite old and used. Terrace doors and windows in our appartment are in very bad condition...due to large gap it is possible for insects to get in despite protective nets they contain. Wooden ceiling is also in very bad condition with gaps which allows mosquitos to get in. Very limited storage space is available - only one small closet for whole appartment. - Location is just beside "sea lake" but you feel more like in a swamp than by the sea. - Worst thing about our apartment was that despite all the measures we took in order to prevent insects and bugs to get inside (all day doors and windows with protective nets were closed), every night we had mosquitos inside. Somehow they got in ...we think through gaps mentioned above. We spent many sleepless nights on this holiday chasing mosquitos who were biting us and our children. Avarage score per night was 6-8 dead mosquitos and many more bites. On first night it was critical and our daughter almost ended up in hospital with closed eye and swollen arms and legs due to about 30-40 mosquito bites. Hosts tried to help with some anti-mosquito measures but unfortunatelly result was not good enough ( on last night of our stay score was 10 dead mosquitos and 4 sleepless hours for me). Beside mosquitos we also had cockroach, small frogs,... getting in our appartment, and we also had some small animal living on wooden ceiling whose steps "entertained" us during the night.

Anastasia is a wonderful host. She‘s very friendly and always around to help with anything that might occur. Also, her house is in a very quiet area with a small beach just around the corner where it‘s not crowded at all.
