Very beautiful house, pool and landscape! Traditional house from the countryside, rather dark but also beautifully cool in the heat of the summer!!! Very kind hosts!!! Would always return with pleasure!

Schitterende tuin met dito zwembad, te midden van bergen en nabij natuurgebied. Zeer stil gelegen. Veel vlinders. Leuke ontmoeting met de zeldzame 'relmuis' die op het dak rondscharrelde, Gratis update naar groot huis Ca'Marianne.

De weg ernaar toe was zeer smal en slecht en alsmaar uphill. Laatste deel over gravel..

Great hospitaliy

The owner, Patrizia was very kind and helpful. She upgraded us to a larger unit and we had the whole property to ourselves. The pool and pool area was superb, with stunning views in all directions of forest and hills. It is a tranquil oasis full of bird song and butterflies. Every night a gaggle of fireflies flitted around the garden, magical. There is a couple of lively villages with supermarkets etc within 15/20 mins. Must see Urbino was only 35 mins and the Adriatic coast an hour or so away. There is a restaurant serving huge traditional fare just 8 mins from the property. Patrizia gave us a lovely bottle of local red wine to try, very good. Loved the week we spent at this special place.

Nothing really but as a suggestion (at extra cost) a small starter pack (salt, milk, bread etc) on arrival would be a real selling point for the property.
