We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff provided genuinely warm and attentive service, making us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. The facilities are excellent and very well maintained. Absolutely love the heated pool that comes with Mountain View, adding to the overall perfect stay. The room was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed, adding bonus a space to relax at the balcony with garden view. Breakfast was a real highlight, with an excellent spread and great variety to start the day. The hotel is located in a quiet and peaceful area, yet only a convenient 5-minute drive from Merano, making it perfect for both relaxation and easy access to the town. Highly recommended and we would happily return.

La camera era molto bella. La piscina con una vista fantastica. Cena e colazione veramente super! Addirittura hanno portato una torta di compleanno a sorpresa a mio marito 💘 Staff eccezionale. Giusto per info, in sauna e bagno turco si accede solo senza costume.

Forse l'acqua della piscina non era caldissima e ce n'era solo una aperta, quella di sopra.

La cortesia dello staff e la Sky pool. La colazione era davvero buonissima e molto varia. Ogni mattina trovavo un’ampia scelta di prodotti freschi, dolci e salati.

La cena non mi ha soddisfatto pienamente. Porzioni un po’ ridotte e la qualità non rispecchiava del tutto il prezzo pagato. Fortunatamente hanno servito un entrè molto gustoso che mi ha saziato.
