Apartment Marifra Garden

The location is perfect – away from the crowded streets, yet still close to the center. Within a 15-minute walk you reach both Taormina’s old town and the cable car station that takes you straight to the beach. We especially loved Lido La Pigna! Francesca’s parents gave us a very warm welcome, and we were even treated to fresh croissants for breakfast. :) The terrace offers a stunning view of the sea and is a wonderful spot to relax. We had our own parking spot which was included, that was very practical! Francesca also provided us with many excellent restaurant recommendations. Thank you – we would definitely recommend this apartment! :)

We only wished the bathroom and kitchen were a bit larger.

La situación muy buena a cinco minutos del centro de taormina, con sitio para guardar el coche en la propia casa. Pero lo mejor sin duda la atención de los padres de Francesca, que viven en la planta superior. Un recibimiento cálido, amable y muy detallista, Giovanni y María dos personas muy agradables y atentas. Si volvemos a taormina será aquí. La casa con todas las comodidades, muy nueva limpia y con una estupenda terraza con vistas al mar y en entorno muy tranquilo estando tan cerca del centro. Recomendado al cien por cien.

Ci ha colpito la grande ospitalita' dei proprietari, persone gentilissime e disponibili: ci hanno offerto degli ottimi croissant di pasticceria la mattina per colazione. L'appartamento e' pulito, ordinato e confortevole: abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario per trascorrere una notte in famiglia.

Falsely advertised. IT'S NOT 2 BEDROOMS. I've filed a complaint to the customer service. The listing should be advertised as 1 bedroom and 1 living room with a double bed in it. Behind the curtain in the living room picture with the double bed are front door and kitchen. Also only one aircon in the living room. Very hot in the bedroom if bedroom door shut. The bedroom door is not even a proper door, just a folding door. People staying in the bedroom have to walk through living room to access the toilet. No privacy at all. It ruined my first night at sicily. When confronting the hostess Francesca, she's extremely defensive

Wonderful hostess. Bought croissants for breakfast and very very helpful.

Same as every bed in Italy, the beds are a bit hard compared to the ones at home with an extra madrass.
