Нам безумно понравилось проживание в этом апартаменте! Всё было чисто, уютно и продумано до мелочей. Апартамент полностью соответствует фотографиям: просторный, светлый, с потрясающим . Рядом находятся пекарни и магазины, а сам район — тихий, безопасный и дружелюбный. Мы остались в полном восторге и с радостью рекомендуем это место всем!

An excellent location near the village of Vince. Very near to Leonardo da Vinci museum, an excellent place to visit and get familiar for the works of the great genious. Casa Casa Clara is very spacious, two large bedrooms, quite large kitchen and a hall. There was no actual living room but we did not need it. There is a sofa in the hall, that was a good place to rest. In the kitchen there is everything you need to prepare breakfast and if needed, other meals too. There was a laundry washing machine in the kitchen and we could use it for free (for the first two nights it was free, I think) . There also a fridge and small freezer in the kitchen. There was enough kitchen ware in the kitchen, but there were no larger coffee cups/mugs. Also there is parking place just outside the apartment. This was really essential to us, since we had a lot of luggage. The bathroom was clean, shower cabinet was not so large, but there was warm water and the water pressure was quite good. The towels and bed linen were fresh and clean. It is also not far away ( about 1 hour drive by car) from Pisa where we headed after visiting the Leonardo da Vinci museum.

The air conditioning unit is the hall, providing cool air to the hall and little to the kitchen. But the bedrooms were not getting the cool air and since it was already quite hot (34-36 C degrees in the middle of the June), the bedrooms were quite warm.

Big well equipped house, very clean.

Bit noise from the street

Very spacious, clean and well maintained, with everything one could need in a holiday home and very centrally located. Shame we were only there for one night!

The bedrooms look out into a street and the windows/shutters don’t lock too tight so some noise or light may disturb the sleep
