We really liked that we were accommodated in the center of Alghero, a very beautiful city. It was right by the sea, and close to many restaurants.

Due to being in the city center, there was a significant issue with parking, as the host didn't have reserved parking spots for guests. Also, make sure to notify the host via WhatsApp or call them 30 minutes before your arrival because there's no on-site reception, and you won't be able to enter without the host handing you the keys directly. If you arrive later than the specified time on booking, you risk fines from the property. That's why it's essential to notify them in advance, as we did. Breakfast is not included in the price; it's just a place to sleep.

Great room and nice host that offered a lot of helpful information. Also, it's a great starting point to explore the city.

Sadly the air-conditioning was rather loud and weak so the room stayed rather hot.

"It is what it is."

Place was clean and suitable for just sleeping. Host provided recommendations via chat.

The check in time was changed by the host (til 18.00 instead of 20.00) which required us to change our plans. After rushing there (got 1hour extension) the host was not at the property. We ended up waiting for 30 minutes. The host was nice and friendly but the check in was extremely rushed and did not allow us to properly check the place nor ask any questions on the spot. We felt that the place did not meet our expectations we had based on the reviews and the photos. It should be more clearly indicated that not all rooms feature a kitchen. Nor did the room have a fridge.. but it did have a freezer.. Moreover, AC worked really poorly and at certain point it was colder outside than in the room.
