La casa è in una posizione molto comoda per raggiungere il mare ed il centro a piedi senza dover usare l'auto o mezzi pubblici. Con circa 10 minuti a piedi si è in centro e dietro casa c'è un grande supermercato. La signora che ci ha accolto è molto gentile e disponibile su tutto.

La casa è molto datata, entrando si sentiva odore di fumo. Il bagno era abbastanza fatiscente con un odore molto sgradevole di marcio perché c'è il parquet per terra, ed a causa di una perdita di un tubo ed il legno è tutto rovinato e rialzato. Inoltre la vasca ha visibilmente uno strato nero sul fondo, segno di usura. In camera il pulsante della luce è collegato a quello del ventilatore e se si vuole fare andar il ventilatore a luce spenta bisogna arrampicarsi sul letto e tirare il cordino, senza tenere conto che una persona bassa comunque non ci arriva. Il letto era abbastanza consumato, tanto da fare sentire le molle e nom è del tutto comodo. Infine in cucina, l'anta dove ci sono piatti e bicchieri è macchiata di umidità e legno molto consumato.
