DEDie Lage war für uns sehr gut, da wir mit der Bahn angereist waren und von der Wohnung aus war schnell und die Altstadt und alle wesentlichen Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Wohnung war ruhig, verfügte über einen schönen kleinen Balkon und die Betten waren sehr gut.

GBLocation good, near train station. Easy commute from and to the airport. Used the Spar supermarket at the station and other supermarkets not far away ie COOP + Carrefor Express. We used the Puglia streetfood restaurant on via Jacapo delle Quercia 3 times and the Italian restaurant La Corte dei Ghiottoni immediately next door to this twice. Meals were all very good. Both restaurants a short walk away ie less than 15/20 minutes. Other restaurants are available. Apartment is located on the top floor of 3 /4 storey building and therefore may not suit everyone. It was not noisy. Weather was very hot mid to high 20s. One further point. We arrived on an early morning flight and we were given access to the apartment straight on arrival at approx 11am. This was very much appreciated.
CAThe location was great. About 20 minutes walk to the Piazza Maggiore. Being next to the train station made it easy to do day trips to Modena and Parma The apartment was big and comfortable.

BEWe had a great stay at Di Vincenzo 4. The apartment is very nice and cozy, and has also a little balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee. The location is great - right next to the train station (excellent if you’re planning to visit other cities) and approximately 20 min walking from the center. It is quiet at night, and the bed is comfortable - a big plus for us as we enjoy a good night of sleep. The communication with the property went very well and they were very fast to reply.
