Site pas/peu entretenu. De l'extérieur on dirait que le site est a l'abandon. Service strict minimum (frais supplémentaires pour TV, wifi,...).

"Très bon séjour dans tous les cas"

Très bon emplacement, au calme, à 10 mn de Saint Brice et du bassin à pied. Les piscines sont très bien, intérieur et extérieur. Dommage que l’ouverture soit limité à 10h et la fermeture à 20h mais c’était déjà très bien.

La maison Arcachonnaise était très agréable. Bonne literie. Petit bémol sur le manque d’équipement dans la maison. Pas de four (à demander en prêt), pas de machine à laver (laverie payante à disposition), pas de wifi (payant et pas donné pour une semaine) surtout quand le réseau tél ne passe pas. En même temps, ça permet de couper mais il vaut mieux être prévenu.

L'emplacement, le calme ,tres familiale.

Une des réceptionniste n'est pas tres aimable. Nous avons eu un soucis d'odeur nauséabonde dans la maison pendant 3 jours. Nous avons eu le sentiment de l'agacer avec notre demande d'intervention.

residence pietonne ideal avec des enfants,piscine interieure chauffee, deux exterieures parfaites pour adultes et enfants, lieu calme et central pour des visites, seul bemol pas de volets dans les maisons

maison mitoyenne tres mal isolee voisins bruyants, pas de douche dans le modele confort dommage car apres operation du genou tres difficile de rentrer dans la baignoire,toutefois la personne de l'acceuil s'en est excuser la maison etait tres propre , confortable , il manque des ustensiles pour cuisiner , manque des volets dans les maisons reveil tres matinal pour des vacances
