Eine sehr schöne und saubere Unterkunft, Ausstattung für südliche Verhältnisse sehr gut! Romina und Roberto sind super herzlich und haben alles perfekt für uns vorbereitet und auf Anfragen sehr schnell reagiert - Vielen Dank euch hierfür!!!! Perfekte Lage - wenige Minuten vom Strand La Cinta & wenige Minuten vom Stadtkern entfernt!

Tolle Anlage mit großem, liebevoll gepflegtem Garten. Super Lage, nur 5min zum Strand La Cinta. Ruhige Nachbarschaft. Ein paar Spielsachen würden uns auch zur Verfügung gestellt (Sandspielzeug, Beach Tennis, Volleyball). Großartige Gastgeber, welche uns tolle Tipps gegeben und bei der Abreise ein günstiges Taxi organisiert haben. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in der Residence Le Colonnine!

Es gab nichts zu bemängeln!

We had a wonderful stay at Le Colonnine and would happily return. The location is truly one of its biggest highlights - perfectly positioned in San Teodoro, close to some of the most beautiful beaches in the area. While having a car is definitely helpful for exploring further afield and making the most of the coastline, you’re also within easy walking distance of La Cinta beach, which is absolutely stunning, and the San Teodoro town centre. The town itself has everything you could need - great restaurants, cafés, shops, and a lovely atmosphere in the evenings - so it’s ideal whether you’re looking to relax or enjoy a bit of local life. The villa was very comfortable and well-suited for a relaxing stay, with everything we needed. Another thing we really appreciated was how accessible and helpful the owners were. They are nearby and always around if you need anything, which makes a big difference - any small requests or questions were handled quickly, giving us real peace of mind throughout our stay. We visited in April, which meant the area was pleasantly calm and not busy. It was a perfect time to enjoy the surroundings at a relaxed pace. I imagine during the high season things might feel quite different, with more crowds and a livelier atmosphere, but the location would still be a huge advantage for getting around and making the most of everything nearby. Keep in mind that this is a villa rental rather than a full-service hotel, which gives it a more casual and homely atmosphere. We found this suited our trip perfectly as we were traveling with children. Overall, Le Colonnine offers a combination of location, convenience, and attentive hosting. It’s an excellent choice for anyone looking to enjoy both the beaches and the charm of San Teodoro. A big thank you to Romina and Roberto for everything - their recommendations and overall support made our stay even more enjoyable.

Sehr gute Lage, gemütlich zu Fuß zum Strand, auch ins Ortszentrum konnte man problemlos schlendern. Gute Ausstattung, inkl Spül- und Waschmaschine; gute Infrastruktur, tolle Terrasse, angenehme hilfsbereite unkomplizierte Gastgeberin.

Einen Wasserkocher haben wir vermisst, Ausstattung könnte noch verbessert werden [mehr als 2 kleine Duschgel-Fläschchen für 2 Personen für 7 Tage; etwas Zucker / Gewürze für den Einstieg]. Extrakosten für Bettwäsche [in Deutschland unüblich, auf Sardinien evtl üblich].

Location is great. You can walk to the main beach and to the old town. Very nice property and best balcony for morning breakfasts.

owners Roman and Romina were communicative and responsive, they explained everything, easy to find, easy to find parking space behind the residence, garden, grill, quiet neighborhood, walking distance to the beach (less than 10 minutes with 4y and 6y children),
