Ravello Vingius Suite

Situated across from a lovely park which hosted several wedding ceremonies against the backdrop of a gorgeous coastal view and near the most exclusive, expensive villa hotels, but away from the noise of the central piazza, we could not have been happier with the location of this apartment. And the piazza and all the restaurants and shops were just a short, lovely walk away. The outdoor terrace was huge, and we sat out at the shaded table and enjoyed a delicious spread of cheeses, meats and bread which we purchased in town while one of the weddings unfolded directly across from us. We also tried out the jacuzzi, which my husband enjoyed. I guess to be warm enough for me, we needed to fill and heat it earlier. Giuseppe was a great host - arranging for our private cars to enter the private area of Ravello so drop off and pick up were easier, and welcoming us to his beach club in Maiori where he set us up with loungers and umbrellas.

Although there might not be space for it, a comfortable loveseat/small sofa would greatly enhance the functionality of this space. The two upholstered chairs by the kitchen were fine, but sometimes stretching out after sightseeing is so appealing.

Amazing place to stay in Ravello, it’s close to the main plazza, restaurants and shops, the house is very nice and confortable. We enjoyed very much the jacuzzi and the terrace. Giuseppe was such a nice and welcoming person! Everything was perfect, we will definitely come back!! :)

Location was perfect. Great for our family of 4. Giuseppe showed us great hospitality. Easy walk to Piazza Centrale. Large outdoor area.

This apartment exceeded all of my expectations. I was a bit nervous when booking but the host was very communicative, helped with luggage, and introduced how to operate the house. The space was quite large, the terrace with hot tub was beautiful, and it was quite easy to get to the Ravello square from here. We stayed for 4 days and definitely would have stayed longer. I will be recommending this spot to friends visiting the area. It was quite clean, the beds were pretty good. The a/c worked well on the warm days too. You can see the water, and the Princess Garden from the terrace, which both made for very nice views. Checkin was easy, we were met at the town entry and walked to the location and given the keys.

There was really not much that I would have hoped was different. We could have used a couple of additional towels, and the water line for the hot tub was broken/not working correctly so it took a really long time to fill - we would have gotten more use out of it had it been ready to go for us, but we weren't missing much.

This is a magical suite in the best location in Ravello! The owner was incredibly responsive and accommodating. He was quick to help us with every question. The suite was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our family holiday. The beds were great and we enjoyed the small luxuries like the towel warmers, smart TVs and remote controlled heating and air units. The internet was super speedy and the hot tub was quick to fill! The area was lovely for our little ones and quiet in the evening. The children loved the amount of space available, the patio and the hot tub/patio jacuzzi. The garden right down the path from the suite is quaint and suite. The one directly across from the suite is so beautiful we even saw a wedding happening across the street. Hearing the church bells ring throughout the day was lovely! A wonderful bar down the street serves delicious light eats. This spot is so conveniently located—you can’t beat it! We tried a night in Amalfi and much preferred the peaceful quaint vibe of Ravello instead. We took advantage of being right down the street from multiple 5 star/5 star luxury properties and used their doorstep as a familiar pick up and drop off point—made finding a taxi so easy! It was a quick walk to the square for coffee, pastries, a fruit stand, dinners out and more.

Incredible location right in the centre of everything with the park opposite and surrounding restaurants.
