Affittacamere in pieno centro in una posizione invidiabile a due passi dalle spiagge più belle di Sirolo raggiungibili anche a piedi, struttura moderna molto ben tenuta e pulitissima. Il vero Plus è il titolare Simone, sì è preoccupato di organizzarci tutta la settimana in modo che noi non dovessimo fare nulla (prenotazioni ai vari stabilimenti balneari, consigli su dove andare a mangiare e molto altro), inoltre mette a disposizione anche un parcheggio privato gratuito. Se volete visitare i luoghi e le spiagge più belle del Conero in totale relax affidatevi a Simone e alla sua struttura!!

Camera moderna e dotata di ogni comfort necessario. Ottima posizione: in centro, ma in una via tranquilla, lontana dal caos e dai rumori. Simone è un host fantastico, molto disponibile e ci ha dato tutte le informazioni necessarie per goderci la città al meglio.

The apartment was tiny but still comfortable, super clean and well equipped. The owner was so kind to pick us up, helped with parking and moving all our stuff. 100% recommended.

Room was small but that's what we expected. It was super clean, rooms were cleaned everyday! Breakfast is at one of 3 restuarants on the main square of Sirolo, it was fine. Bathroom is small but cosy, shower is okay and overall the room furniture and equipment is fresh.

No equipment in the kitchen. Not even a kettle to prepare a tea, nothing so you have to bring everything with you. Also getting to the beach.. and back, especially back. Yeah, that's quite an adventure.

The view for Breakfast was insane! Just 1 minute walk to the Viewpoint. It is within the old town of Sirolo. Mattresses were also very good. The owner were extremely welcoming, nice and ready to help.

The room was clean. It’s cleaned every day. Room is light and comfortable. We were recommended places to visit. There were bottles of water in unlimited amounts. And it was really nice our host met us on the train station. We arrived on 2 June. This date is Italian holiday and buses doesn’t go to Sirolo from Ancona. We found only on solution to get to Ozimo train station. From this station it would take us 3-4 hours to get to the place. Thank you very much you picked us up!

The kitchen isn’t available to use. Only a cup to warm water or oven to warm meal. We wanted to cook something to eat but it wasn’t possible.

It was great! We had the choice to have breakfast at whichever cafe we wanted and can highly recommend them all. With the voucher we received from the B&B, we never had to pay anything extra regardless of how much we ate.
