Great location, friendly host who was very accommodating when we were arriving late, room was great with comfy beds. Amazing views and breakfast was delicious with lots of food options.

Cleanliness. Excellent breakfast.

We got a 3rd floor room wiithout a balkony, no elevator and no help with the luggage. 1st and 2nd floor rooms have balkonies and are nicer. It is our impression from the owner that we were not treated well since we booked thrugh booking and not directly.

What a gem in the beautiful San Cassiano! Comfortable bed and clean beddings. Lots of chairs, tables, end tables, cabinet space, a safe, and hooks! The breakfast is super fresh and high quality with orange juicer and fruit juicer. They mostly source local ingredients. Creative and tasteful wooden decorations and beautiful plants and flowers are throughout the making making it feel like a home away from home. Customer service was impeccable. Abundant Travel brochures and maps are thoughtfully placed on each floor.
