While we don't have a washing machine on-site, this might be a consideration for longer stays.

Great location and facilities

The host was there on time to let us in and give us a quick tour of the house, all good on this aspect, very good communication. The property is very beautiful, quite large. You can cook, if you want, there is a big living room, the bedroom has AC and the bed is of good quality, you can sleep well. There are 2 balconies, one large, connected to the living room, and one smaller, connected to the bedroom. The larger one has a table and chairs, so you can enjoy staying outside. Some breakfast items were provided for us, and the coffee you can make with the coffee machine is of great quality. The property is placed very close to the train station, it is on the main street of La Spezia center and it is placed on the back of the building, therefore it is very quiet. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, you are literally in the center of the activities in La Spezia, although we recommend going a little farther for supermarkets. Excellent stay for Cinque Terre exploring. Totally recommended!

A washing machine would be a great addition to the property :) The shower water may come cold all of a sudden sometimes, the shower cabin could feel a little small if you are a bigger person :) There could come slight bad odors on the large balcony sometimes. Nothing to really complain about, the stay is absolutely great overall and the host is very nice!

Great location near the train station. The street is full of shops and restaurant. Very convenient. I was contacted by the host on WhatsApp to arrange the meeting. The place is very nice with kitchen and small balcony without view. Towel and bathroom is clean.

The shower in the bathroom is on the small steps. Be careful for slippery floor after shower.

The apartment is located near the train station, which makes traveling very easy. The apartment is neat and clean. It has all the necessary equipment. Nice and helpful owners. I heartily recommend
