Casale immerso nel verde in una zona piuttosto isolata e molto silenziosa. Posto ideale per chi desidera staccare completamente dal caos. Grande prato che consente di prendere il sole. Nelle vicinanze il paese di Pennabilli ricco di storia e dove si trovano ottimi ristoranti e bar per aperitivi. Area privata dedicata al parcheggio con possibilità di lasciare la moto in zona protetta.

La doccia un po' piccola e con il soffione che tende a scendere.
