⚠️ Experiență extrem de neplăcută – lipsă totală de responsabilitate Am ales această cazare pentru odihnă, însă toată noaptea a existat un zgomot puternic, repetitiv și constant, cel mai probabil provenit de la un cablu sau un element exterior lovit de vânt, aflat lângă sistemul de evacuare. Zgomotul a fost continuu, m-am trezit de peste 20 de ori și nu am reușit să dorm aproape deloc. Situația este cu atât mai gravă cu cât m-am aflat într-un context medical, foarte aproape de un spital, iar lipsa somnului mi-a afectat serios starea. Am semnalat problema imediat, am trimis dovezi video, însă soluția oferită a fost practic pasarea responsabilității către Booking, fără nicio implicare reală din partea proprietarului. Comunicarea a fost greoaie, iar atitudinea lipsită de empatie. Din păcate, în astfel de condiții, cazarea este improprie pentru odihnă, iar modul de gestionare a situației este inacceptabil. Nu recomand această locație dacă aveți nevoie de liniște, somn sau minim respect față de client.
