Meraviglia d'Otranto- Garden Apartments con parcheggio e spiaggia convenzionata

Dobra lokalizacja do zawiedzania południowej części Salento. Bezproblemowy parking w cieniu gaju oliwnego,, nie obawialiśmy się o wypożyczone auto. Spokój, cisza i dużo zieleni wokół.Wieczorem można usiąść przy stoliku przed apartamentem lub w ogrodzie.

Wszytko było OK, a jeśli czegokolwiek brakowało do od razu spełniano naszą prośbę.

Posizione della Struttura top. Antonio davvero molto accogliente spiegandoci addirittura gran parte di storia della città consigliandoci come muoverci e dove mangiare. Educatissimo e super disponibile. Appartamento ottimo con area relax extralusso. Dotato di tutto. Wi-Fi top.

It was located out of town on an olive farm.

We were booked for 4 nights and in the end we couldn’t leave soon enough. It was supposed to have a living room but it was just a room with a small metal table & 2 metal chairs with a “kitchenette” in one corner. We asked for a toaster & were given one, but they refused to supply a kettle though it was advertised on booking.com as having one. We were told to boil water in a saucepan to make a cup of tea. The stove exhaust fan/light didn’t work. We were told someone would fix it the next day but no one did. On closer inspection my husband noted it wasn’t even connected to power!! The TV controller didn’t work & we were promised a new one the next day but it never showed up the 4 nights we were there. We had to change channels by my hubby putting his hand behind the back of the tv each time!!! The 1st night I had the 2nd shower and it went cold. I didn’t report this. The 2nd night I had the 1st shower and the water was cold & water pressure stopped after a minute. We reported this & it was fixed within 10 minutes but it shouldn’t have happened at all. The hand wash liquid in the bathroom had been watered down & squirted on the floor when you tried to use it. We reported this & were given a new container to use that worked. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom & there was mould on the shower floor as a result. No where to put your soap or shampoo in the shower & only one hook to hang towels up when there are 2 people staying there. There was no private patio/terrace area for the room. You had to walk out into a foyer & step down into a cemented area in front of the main house entrance door. There were 2 metal tables & chairs there to be shared with the occupants of 2 rooms!! No privacy … especially with neighbour’s washing on air dryers in the same area. Only one wine glass in kitchenette too! Bit hard to share a bottle of wine with one glass. Saucepans were old & stained.

Dommage qu il n y avait pas deux verres à pied pour un petit verre de vin en amoureux... Et la propreté de la vaisselle euh...

Quiet place, surrounded by nature, free parking, very nice host!

The place needs un update, new sheets and some paininting on the walls, as everywhere were visible scratches.

Accueil et cadre exceptionnel !

È stata un'esperienza eccezionale. L'alloggio si trova in una zona tranquilla in mezzo alla natura, con giardini e un'area esterna comune per tutti gli ospiti. Si affaccia su una strada provinciale di facile accesso. La stanza che mi è stata assegnata è molto carina, con un letto estremamente confortevole, e la finestra si affacciava su un bel giardino dove un cagnolino estremamente socievole veniva a salutarmi ogni mattina. Connessione internet veloce, aria condizionata che funziona perfettamente. Bagno eccezionale. Ci tornerò sicuramente.

L'unico problema che ho riscontrato è il congelatore della mia camera, che non funzionava bene. Ma dall'ultima conversazione con il proprietario mi è stato detto che sistemeranno questo problema al più presto.

Die Begrüßung war sehr herzlich und freundlich. Man hat sich direkt willkommen und gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Die Unterkunft war in einem einwandfreien Zustand. Alles war sehr sauber, ordentlich und gepflegt. Der Garten war wunderschön angelegt und lud zum Entspannen ein. Eine ruhige, gepflegte Atmosphäre, die den Aufenthalt perfekt abgerundet hat.
