The apartment is well-equipped and it is perfect for three people. The location is nice and close to everything you need, including a store nearby. Communication with the owner was easy and friendly.

"Great choice for a quiet and comfortable stay in the city center"

The location is great and the apartment is comfortable. It is quiet while in the very center of Bologna. There are many good restaurants nearby. The balcony is beautiful. The host was welcoming and the process of checking in and checking out was easy and convenient.

It was rather cold inside in October when the temperature dropped to about 15 degrees Celsius and it started to rain, and the heating, which was probably meant for winter, did not work. I have not managed to use air conditioner for heating. Maybe something can be done about the cold temperature inside but I did not ask because it did not bother me much. The balcony door is easy to break but I always managed to fix it afterwards somehow.

"Almost better than the pictures show. Would book again"

The apartment lived up to our expectations. The sofabed was fine, the small balcony was very nice. There are several cafes close by, where you can get your espresso and cornetto.

The refrigerator made some noise, but we got used to it.

The location is perfect

The flat was cold, the heating should have been on for longer time especially at night since it was very cold and rainy in Bologna.

Perfect location. Quiet location. City center is close enought to be reached by walking - great for a family of 3.

Everything was perfect! Special thanks to Alex, who gave us some great tips on where to go, eat & drink. The kitchen has everything one could need, the wifi was very good and the location is perfect, everything in the city is a max. 10 min walk. The flat felt like home, we were both sad to leave!
