Room was a little expensive compared to Lake Garda apartment we’d moved on from, so couldn’t book the 2 bedroom option as outside our budget. Sofa bed was comfy but then used up living space.
NZGreat host. Excellent communication and support. Appreciated the breakfast basket! Apartment is charming, spacious and full of character, really close to everything. Sulzano and Lago Iseo are very special.
ATTop Location in the center of Sulzano, 3 min to Ferry, so a bunch of bars and restaurants in Sulzano and Monte Isola easily reachable. 1 min footpath to the lake! Free parking (10 min walk uphill, because parking in the towncenter is highly restricted). Very friendly and helpful owner and stuff, really supporting, absolutely welcoming. Fully staffed kitchen with breakfast goodies. Funny decorations in maritime style. Little terrace available! Sulzano is a perfect spot to visit the Iseo Area!
Unfortunately the bedroom (Appartment Giulia) has no windows, what I would have liked to avoid, but i could not choose the room while booking (improvement idea?) Also, the humidity in the bedroom was very high but we were able to improve that with the available dehumidifier. Bed is worn out, mattress/frame should be changed.
NLthe location, showers, beds and space for a young family of 4 was perfect!!! Davide and his staff were sooo helpful. He even helped booked me a babysitter. It made the trip worth it.

NONice apartment with strategic location in Sulzano. The apartment has everything to feel at home. Clean and it a quiet street. You can sit in the evenings and enjoy the nice weather - summer time-.4 minutes to train station. Just a 2 minutes walk to the ferry to Monte Isola. Swimming place is available 3 - 4 minutes walking. Two mini markets are just 2 - 3 minutes walk. Check times.Siesta time is between +- 12.30 - 15:00 in shops and restaurants. You get a lot of information by Whatsupp by the personal / owner who does everything to feeI welcomed and at home. I recommend La casa del Comandante.
GBBeautiful accommodation right next to the lake, ferry and train station. Very easily accessible to get to via public transport to anywhere in the area including from Milan Bergamo airport. Clean and great service

PLPlace is very nice in probably most beautiful alley in whole city. There is very good contact with a host.
DEWe had a fantastic stay in the old town of Sulzano. The appartment is located in the old house of the harbour mastor, is furnished with attention to detail and has all necessary equipment. Davide is a lovely host and always available to give support or advice. Parking is a 10 minutes walk away but no issue as it is possible to stop close to the appartment for unloading and loading the car. See you soon again Davide!
