まずホテルのスタッフが不在でセキュリティがない チェックイン時も誰もいないので電話で聞くと鍵はカウンターの過去にあるとのこと 電話先も辿々しい日本語でお風呂の場所も電話で聞く 廊下の電気も消えてて自分でつける お風呂は湯船にお湯すら入ってないので自分で入れる 民泊だと思って使えば支障ない 寂れた土肥温泉に投資してくれるだけありがたいです

Bookings.com sold us a Delux double or Delux Twin. On arrival we were told that the manager sent us a message to say it is a very small room and one that they just keep for last minute bookings and it is reflective of the price. Well we can deal with small and things being reflective of price but…… the room needs to be taken offline until it is cleaned and prepared to a higher standard. Replace the hand towels as they were stained and even one had a hole in it. Very disappointed that another guest was ok with the level of noise outside our room that her and a small child made at 12.15am and it went on for a hour.

Emplacement

La terrasse était occupée par du linge, personnel inexistant, ensemble vieillot qui mériterait une rénovation. Mauvais rapport qualité prix.
