"Good location for a small group."

Good location and price. Coffee was a nice option and bathroom had the amenities needed.

The unit was hard to find as the address in English wasn’t clear to us. The upper hallway was loud when walking. Floor mattresses were a bit hard.

"Exceptional"

There are two bedrooms on the second floor, which is very comfortable. The hotel is not far from the city center and Shijo Karasuma, which is very convenient. The room on the first floor is very spacious, and there is no problem if I have a lot of luggage. The host is very nice and responds promptly to any questions. I will consider staying here next time I come to Kyoto.

The house is on an inconspicuous road.The house is on an inconspicuous alley, so it’s not easy to find. Fortunately, we communicated with the landlord in time and helped us find it.
