Ultra Central, 15 sqm studio

The apartment has a very smart layout. Where it lacks in space, it is compensated with a good furniture placement that doesn't make you feel too cramped. The location is also very good, it is right next to the metro station and there is a 24/7 grocery store at the bottom of the building. Clean property, well-equipped, friendly staff and very precise check-in instructions! Perfect for a couple for a stay of few nights.

The place is overall a bit hot, even with the fan on and the windows open.

No AC, main sink (the heater is opposite, e.g. it says turn left for hot water but it’s actually and vice versa), shower drain was poor, strange noises came from under the sink while showering

Very clean, just 5 min walk to Old town, just outside the outdoor there’s a metro station and there is a mini market that take card next to it! Great host and always answering in our messages

The toilet is extremely small and right next to the bed so that was a bit weird

The location is perfect.

The smell inside was absolutely disgusting (had to use spray a lot in order to sleep). Do not open the windows, it does not help. Also, the property should have notified the guests about the sound surrounding the studio (really loud under the kitchenette). Do not stay, if you are not a deep sleeper. There was also a dirty mop hanging outside the shower.

Very good place to stay, I was so happy that I have chosen this place.
