Accommodation on par with pricing. You can only expect basic facilities for stay. However, washroom and bedsheets were well maintained. Staff behaviour is good but better english communication is required. Nearby restaurant available for coffee.

Car parking issue but alternatively bylanes can be used. Open drainage in the location. Again the pondicherry locality roads are too narrow and open drains are common to be seen.

The cost, the staff, over all cleanliness. Liked the terrace garden and the reception area. The staff at the reception counter were very helpful and disciplined. Except the one ( mostly he is a helper not sure) who was lying on the couch and watching mobile as we were in front of him standing.

Breakfast time is too late. For a tourist would like to be out as early as possible to enjoy the day. As Breakfast timing is very late, we cancelled the Breakfast for the following two days. 2) One of your employee was sleeping on the big couch watching mobile and wasn't aware that the guests are standing in front of him. This happened on the 30th or 1st October morning 7.55am - 8.15am Please check.Which is not acceptable. This property is le paradise residency. Our room no 101 and 102. 3) The Toilet flush wasn't working in 101. I had to carry water in the bucket and flush the toilet
