Great location and conveniently situated to all restaurants

The property around the apartment was extremely untidy. Rubbish bags lying around with rotting leaves and other types of rubbish. There were no drinking glasses in the apartment. No windows and only light source is from the small front door that didn’t open fully. The toilet flusher didn’t work so you have to lift the lid of the cistern to pull the lever to flush. No functioning WiFi. Very limited space in the kitchenette. No kettle or anything to make coffee with. One odd Whiney the Pooh mug and a small teacup was all that’s available. Limited cutlery. Made the overall stay feel very shabby.

Buongiorno, ho provato parlare con la proprietaria per le condizioni molto scarse della casa, lei non e d accordo con me, ragnatele dappertutto, vetri sporchi, la doccia non andava, lo scarico otturato, letto rotto. Se volete ammalarvi, venite da nonna Antonietta.

Grand appartement bien situé, proche des commerces et à 10 mn à pied de la plage. Tous les équipements electroménagers à disposition. La terrasse offre une vue sur la mer et la montagne en face ( par contre aussi sur une partie du parking...)

La remise des clés s'est faite par fenêtre interposée. Nous n'avons pas vu notre hôte et la conversation téléphonique était limitée ( nous ne parlons pas italien). Dommage d'autant plus que l'adresse indiquée était un peu erronée donc nous avions besoin d'indications claires. La décoration est dans son jus et mériterait une touche de modernisation.

La personne qui nous a accueillie très souriante. Endroit propre, petit problème avec les wc mais signalé à la personne responsable qui nous a tout de suite proposé de prendre une autre chambre. Sinon facile pour se garer, proche du centre, proche des plages. Impeccable.

Allora la mia sistemazione era pessima. Magari le altre stanze erano decenti (non so). Al pian terreno, umidissima, una sorta di “monolocale” con un lettino pessimo e una specie di divanetto; tutto in cucina. Bagno grande ma con la possibilità di fare una doccia in vasca con l’acqua calda che è bastata a malapena. Insomma 50€ a notte, seppur in Sardegna, seppur a San Teodoro per il tipo di sistemazione sono troppi.

Posizione eccellente, vicino al centro e ai servizi

Troppo fiscale nell’orario del check in. A disposizione pochi asciugamani in base al numero di persone che alloggiavamo, arredamento datato e nessuna coperta in più a disposizione
