The owner is welcoming and kind, available for anything and everything. The room is comfortable and pleasant, designed for a comfortable and pleasant stay. Oh and there's the highlight with the sweet dog, Pop.

"Lovely gem in Playa del Carmen."

LOTE4 exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend it! The place is lovely, and the hosts are very attentive. Our studio was spacious and clean, with all the comforts we needed (i.e., AC, TV, cooking space). The pool area is a nice bonus for spending the day's hottest hours.

There is nothing we did not like. Should we plan another trip to Playa del Carmen we will consider LOTE4 again. The location is also excellent, close to the centre and the beaches.

Beautiful hotel with exceptional owners. Strong wifi allowed me to work on days I needed to and it's in a great location in Playa - close to the beach but far enough away from Calle 5 to still be quiet & peaceful. This will definitely be the place I stay next time I'm in PDC.

I love the layout and how nice the place feels. Definitely recommend staying here. The guys were also amazing and so helpful in assisting us. I don't think I need to say much since the reviews of this place are already through the top😉.

I loved the cozy and welcoming atmosphere of the property. It was immaculately clean and thoughtfully decorated, creating a homey and comfortable feel. The location was perfect, offering easy access to local attractions while still being a peaceful retreat. Jeroen was incredibly responsive and provided great recommendations, making the stay even more enjoyable!

I wish I have booked it before, aside from that, everything was perfect!

Everything was PERFECT! The room is very spacious, clean and super modern ☺️ The hosts are very friendly and always there to help! Thank you very much, we needed some comfort in our backpacking trip and we had what we were looking for 🫶🏼
