Love how u can get to just about any place in mind by walking to it. Also the colectivos which are the city busses of the town are only a couple of blocks away to catch one.

We can't thank enough. Jerom (owner) and Luis (operator) was so nice to us, Jerom helped us a lot in things he hadn't even required to, best hospitality, so welcoming and warm. The location is great, the space design to the little details, and beautiful! The place is clean and equipped in everything you can think of, will be great for long stays too. We are grateful Jerom, thanks!

Nothing about the place, in case you are an old soul some music from the 5th can be noticeable till 10pm, very low volume, one of us is very sensitive to noise, not detectable by normal people.

The best decision ever to stay in this hotel—thanks to our amazing host, Jeroen! We stayed in a ground-floor room, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. It had a private patio, and the design was warm and clean. The room was equipped with everything we needed: a small kitchen with utensils, a refrigerator, a safe, a hairdryer, a small closet, and air conditioning. The whole hotel feels quite private, and the rooftop pool is a refreshing little oasis. The cherry on top was our host, Jeroen, who was incredibly friendly and helpful with every question and recommendation—whether it was about where to eat, gay life, or anything else. Thank you so much, Jeroen! You truly made our time in Playa del Carmen the best we could have wished for.

Room was spacious and well decorated. The bed was comfy, and the AC was perfect. Great value for money and very near good bars and restaurants.

This is indeed a great option if you’re looking for a quieter, more intimate accommodations. It’s located in a very quiet neighbourhood yet just minutes walk from all the hustle and bustle of 5th avenue. My studio was very spacious with a king size very comfortable bed and all the necessities kitchen supplies to prepare light meals and snacks. The washroom was a decent size with good water pressure and temperature. There were plenty of towels for shower and pool and a beach bag with additional towels for the beach. The pool area is lovely and a great area to socialize or work remotely. The host goes above and beyond to make guests welcome and at all times quick to respond to any inquiries. Great experience and looking forward to another we visit.

The overall experience from the time of our confirmation, helping us with information before we came to the city, the smooth check-in process, all the amenities in the room (so thoughtful!-- keeping all the things you might need from a beach bag and towels to all kitchen and bathroom amenities), the bed, interiors and also common area was so nicely done and thought of. Jeroen was an amazing host and always there to help and give us recommendations and suggestions to make our stay so seamless and comfortable. There is a cafe right across the studio and the food there was amazing! We had breakfast there every morning and were so happy with the service. The main street (5th Ave) was just a 10 mins walk and so convenient from the studio. We will definitely be coming back to PDC and staying at LOTE4 studios (for a longer time next time!)
