Poca pulizia( polvere dietro al letto e comodini), lenzuola non perfettamente pulite, appartamento con odore di chiuso, mancanza di materiale per pulire piatti( sapone e spugne)

deklaracja dostarczenia suszarki - której nie dostaliśmy oraz informacja, że pralka jest na miejscu, a była zepsuta i pranie wyszło bardziej brudne niż włożyliśmy. lepiej było powiedzieć, że nie ma pralki
