staffs were so nice and cooperative. Walking distance from the sea beach. Breakfast was good. Room size was so big and met expectations. I would recommend to other.

Almost everything was fine. Only the lift is so old and no balcony at the property.

The street is a very local place and the lift did not work properly.

Staff was smiley friendly and always there. The hotel had a homey feel with its smaller size and Thai decor accents. Very clean. The room was quiet. Couldn't hear the people in the next room unless I was in the hallway. The bed suited my comfort level - not too soft and not hard like some places. No noise from traffic or partying. It was on a quiet soi. Room was spacious and comfortable. Large windows. Short walk to the beach.

Location is good, near to beach and in the beginning of Jomtien. Many restaurants shops around.Night market in walking distance. Hotel is good value, owner and staff are friendly and providing good service.

Beds are very hard. In one room there were ants but later they spray them and it was fine. Breakfast is very simple. Eggs and sausages.But anytime hot water ,tea cofee available.

Lovely hotel, close to Jomtien beach. Staff is nice. It is worth the money you paid.

Nothing much

Located 2 mins walk from the beach. Also right near are: clothes shops, laundry, bars and public transport. Offer free breakfast everyday from 7to10am. Which was eggs, toast, sausages and salad also free tea and coffee through out the day too. Free wifi, cleaned rooms as requested and have an adorable cat and hotel doggo also! Cheap basic accommodation suited our needs.

Beds are firm and not comfortable. (Probably OK for a short stay but at 2 weeks we really felt it in our backs!) The water pressure in the room was almost non exsistant! Very low pressure in the sink a little bit better from the shower, but no where near EU standards as use to. Shower curtain also moldy and needs to be replaced asap!.

The landlady was kind and very nice. She allowed us to change rooms because the air conditioning was not working. We got an upgrade without paying more. It is located a few steps from the sea.
