The location, The guy who works there is wonderful soul. Very welcoming, friendly and helpful it's unfortunate he was there for a day. From there we where left with a lady yhooo

Sheets weren't changed. We had to request for cleaning. There was no toilet paper no Shower gel, Ricofee sachets placed but no sugar when we requested sugar the reception lady informed us they do not offer yet the next day 3 sachets were given to us. The blanket was torn. The reception lady was unwelcoming, Coupd not ask for anything she was just bored.

My son stayed there , there wasn’t any water in the rooms , the taps were dry and there was mould on the walls , my son went to stay with his dad last night instead , they didn’t issue a refund for last night saying they can’t , I would like a refund , if his dad wasn’t there for a night he would of moved to another place to stay .

Location is walking distance (less than 3minues) to the restaurants. About 3minutes driving distance to the malls and clubs. The roads are way too busy if you are planning a weekday stay, during working days.

The lady in the reception didn't have change during our check in. We complained about the dirty glass we found in the bathroom, which was not washed during our check in. She made no effort to have it cleaned. That glass remained uncleanned and unused until our checkout. The place doesn't have breakfast. They could do better if they included breakfast
