Väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam personal, rymliga rum med utsikt och balkong.

Wifi fungerade dåligt, de renoverade faciliteterna så en inkluderad frukost gick inte att få, och det hade de inte meddelat innan ankomst. Det var därför jag bokade boendet med, så jag blev väldigt besviken. Air conditionern läckte vatten när den var igång så det var vatten på halva golvet hela tiden. Kunde fått en flaska vatten i kylen.

O local é bem situado e o ambiente é limpo, a uma curta distância a pé de shoppings e restaurantes. É seguro.

A piscina não estava disponível durante nossa estadia.

They have good communicate skills and they moved us to a better room when we encountered a problem with the air condition

The staff is very kind and always ready to help, and both the location and the house look great.

The air conditioning didn’t work, there was a damp smell in the room, there was no hot water, the towels were yellow and had an unpleasant smell, and the internet was only accessible on one side of the bed.

Usually I don’t leave feedback but I want to mention the extraordinary service at reception. That guy has really helped us beyond my expectation. Really thanks so much.
