I had a mixed experience during my stay. On the positive side, the host was very friendly and helpful, and the staff I interacted with were also kind and welcoming. However, there were a few issues that impacted my overall comfort. There were no bath mats in the bathroom, which made the floor quite slippery and a bit unsafe after showering. Additionally, there was no kettle in the room, and no bottled water provided in the fridge. I arrived very late at night and was extremely thirsty, so having access to drinking water would have made a big difference. I tried calling the emergency number around 11 PM to request water, but there was no answer. I also sent a message which unfortunately was never responded to. If a kettle had been available, I could have at least boiled tap water. While I appreciated the warm hospitality from the host and staff, I believe that providing some basic amenities—such as a bath mat, kettle, and bottled water—would greatly improve the experience for future guests.
