Good views and outside space was ok.

Nobody met us as arranged, Rubbish from previous people left outside though out our stay left on the garden wall, no WiFi, its not maintained, lights not working, generally tired.

View from the terrace and it was nice also in rain. Nice towels.

Not so clean and poor ventilation.

1.View is amazing 2. House is big enough for 2-3, it was clean, most of the amenities work flawless (except wi-fi), 3. It was good to see some basic kitchen staff (oil, salt, sugar etc. kept), toiletries etc. kept for guests. 4. Host is nice, there was some issue with society wifi (its cluster of villas), so he arranged a separate modem for me. 5. I visited during off-season (Oct-Apr end), so it was nice and secluded, far away from crowd.

1. Nearest beach is about 500-600 mt, so technically its not "beachfront", and the road to the beach is almost through a jungle with lots of bushes and uphill/downhill. The same shortcut can be difficult to find and it is 1.8 km to reach the same beach in case you want to avoid shortcut. 2. The house is bit secluded - there is no restaurant, supermarket. The closes one is 1.8 km by walk, and supermarket was closed during offseason (Oct-Apr), so if you are not carrying enough food could be difficult. Taxis are super expensive and can't be found easily. 3. There seems to be some issues with wifi, but host gave me a dongle after day 1, which worked pretty well.

The view makes this place. Waking up to the beautiful view every morning was magical. It’s a 5 min drive to the town and beaches, but we mostly walked - about 20mins. The coffee machine and washing machine were a big plus.

There is no Wifi (as others have also said) and there was no connection for the TV to work.
