Very spacious, nicely furnished place that is definitely fitting for a long-term rent) Owner met us personally, was very polite and helpful! Apartment welcomed us with bottles of sparkling water and cute cookies)

Building has no elevator all the luggage needs to be taken up to 4th floor manually. Room has quite poor choice of curtains (no curtains at all to be fair, just green rollers) so once sun starts to rise you have no chance to sleep any longer if you don't have a sleep mask. Bathroom is tiny window-to window with a bathroom of another apartment. Window is located quite high and is pretty small to be fair, still bitsy uncomfy feeling when you shower right in front of it or use toilet. Especially in the evening with lights on. A privacy film or an extra curtain would be nice. Also a shower curtain itself is located quite inconveniently and all the water goes on the floor, that with time led to black mold colonies firmly established in seams and between tiles. Quite a repulsive sight, not to mention health issues it could cause with prolonged contact. Same for the washing machine. Clothes smelled musty, machine was not taken proper care of, not cleaned or drained for a while. Toilet seat is placed incorrectly so that the lid kept falling on your back while sitting. The only thing we had at hand to urgently fix it was a daily sanitary pad that I had to roll up and in this awkward manner secure the lid to the drain tank. Quite embarrassing experience...not to mention that I'm quite sure we forgot to remove it before leaving. I hope this note explains the situation thoroughly.
