Unique point home stay

Vriendelijke gastheer, warm ontvangst. Lekker eten, probeer zeker het nepalees ontbijt! We kregen extra dekens tegen de koud, en beantwoordde al onze vragen voor het vervolg van onze tocht. De warme douche was wat ingewikkeld aan te krijgen, maar hij legde het zeer goed uit.

Wij kwamen in februari, wat maakt dat er grote kans is op veel mist. Niet ideaal voor een zonsopgang.

Ich habe drei Tage in diesem Hostel verbracht und es war eine wirklich wunderschöne Erfahrung. Die Familie, die das Hostel führt, ist unglaublich herzlich, aufmerksam und gastfreundlich – so eine offene und liebevolle Atmosphäre habe ich selten erlebt. Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen und ein Stück weit wie zuhause. Ein absolutes Highlight war das Essen! Die Momos waren mit Abstand die besten, die ich je in Nepal gegessen habe, und auch das nepalesische Frühstück war einfach fantastisch – frisch, authentisch und mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Allein dafür würde ich jederzeit wiederkommen. Die Umgebung ist sehr friedlich, ruhig und perfekt zum Entspannen. Die Aussicht von der Unterkunft ist atemberaubend – man könnte stundenlang einfach nur dort sitzen und genießen.

Das Badezimmer hatte einen leichten Geruch und die Matratzen waren etwas fester als gewohnt, aber das war wirklich nur eine kleine Nebensache und hat meinen Aufenthalt in keiner Weise beeinträchtigt.

The food was great, location is good, and overall a wonderplace place to stay at an affordable price.

I stayed at Unique Point Home Stay for two nights and I really loved it. The family is very kind and their food is among the best I have eaten during my trip in Nepal. If the sky is clear you will see the most beautiful sunrise from the rooftop & you can go on hikes from there. If you come by bus the only thing you should now is, that you will have to walk around 30min downhill but you can catch a taxi up in Nargakot and come down that way, too.

Wonderful, friendly family stay. We had a really lovely time here and ate the best momos and tamang daal bhat. Mandhoj and Sano Kanchee were very welcoming and kind. Excellent views of the mountains.There is plenty of bird life to observe from rooftop, including Bhramani kites, Eagles, bee eaters, stonechats, and bulbuls. Room clean with a very firm mattress. Would recommend for an authentic and peaceful stay.
