Fantastic space inside and out with a great location. The hosts really have thought of everything one could possibly need and it is exceptionally well equipped. They eve provide easy to carry chairs for the beach. Easy walk to beach and local (smallish) supermarket and restaurants.

Absolutely nothing could be improved on. Truly an exceptional property to stay at.

"Fantastic place, insulation not good for me."

Great location and property, loved the place. Shame about the lack of noise insulation.

Everything was great apart from the noise intrusion from the adjoining property, paper thin doors, air lock needed.

Well appointed it had everything we needed. Nice touch having cold water in the fridge. In immaculate condition Comfortable

Nothing Though I did find one cobweb (main bedroom at the side of the left hand bed cabinet)

It needed a cover over the bbq and back door A night light in the bathroom would have been great My friend didn’t appreciate hearing the owner’s conversation through the walls Great location and a really nice town Would come back again when in NZ
