The Old Barn 26 Church Street

Such a comfortable stay in a peaceful setting. The garden was impeccable and we had more than we needed. The hospitality extended was second to none. I highly recommend this cottage. Thank you Simon and Debbie.

We were met with a genuine warm welcome, and the hospitality was second to none. The barn is a real gem in beautiful surroundings, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. We stayed for two nights but wished it had been longer. We would definitely return.

Everything!! Our hosts, Simon & Debbie, were so welcoming and kind. The Old Barn was delightful, beautifully appointed, very cosy and lots of little touches which made us feel very spoilt. The garden is gorgeous and tranquil.. Lots of nice places to eat in Market Deeping just a short walk away. Rutland Water is worth a trip out to, we were lucky enough to see the ospreys which was very special. Stamford not far, we parked at Burghley House for free and walked through the deer park...big choice of eateries there too. The weather was fantastic which was a bonus!! We shall certainly be back!!

There was nothing we didn't like!

Everything! Simon and Debbie were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The Old Barn is beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, well-appointed and immaculately furnished. It was wonderful to wake to the song of the birds!

There wasn't anything!

The Old Barn is beautiful and it was peaceful. The hosts were very welcoming and the little touches, like yummy cake and breakfast foods, were an added bonus. The bath towel was huge and fluffy and the toiletries smelled gorgeous. I will be back as the location is perfect. There’s plenty of amenities a stone’s throw away. Thank you again.

Perhaps a sofa bed downstairs would enable disabled or elderly to enjoy the property
